There is already a Hertz Car Sales lot at this address. Our office will be in a separate building on the same property. Effective 1/16/2019, the Beaverton Hertz/Lyft office will be closed.

Hey there Express Drivers, Hertz's insurance has renewed on 1/1/2019 which means you need to carry their up-to-date insurance card in your vehicle. Please print off the following copy, or stop by the Beaverton or Portland Lyft Offices to grab a copy.
Hey there Express Drivers, a quick update on our maintenance situation. Going forward, Firestone will be handling our wiper blade replacements. This means you can get wiper blades at any Firestone location in the PDX market! Remember, when you stop in to a Firestone location, you need to send a photo of the estimated costs to our textline, and we'll send you back the Purchase Order Number. Thanks!

Hello Express Drivers,
Our partners at Hertz have informed us that, moving forward, any maintenance work requiring a Purchase Order (PO) must be submitted during our normal business hours (M-F 9-5). Anything costing less than $50 can still be accomplished on the weekends at our Meineke partners, so issues like headlights, wiper blades, and oil changes can still be handled at any time. We advise keeping a close eye on major components of your vehicle (brakes, tires, oil changes) so you do not find yourself unable to get service on the weekend. If you have a major mechanical issue and your car becomes inopearble on a weekend, remember, you may call Hertz Emergency Roadside and have the vehicle towed to PDX. Once the vehicle is out of your possession, you will not accrue any more rental charges and we will do our best to get you back on the road when we open on Monday.
Hey there XD folks! We've got some good news! We've got brand new locations for oil changes, including an option in Vancouver, WA!
Please be aware, the method for repairs has changed a little bit, but as long as you go to these locations, you will not be charged for any service. When you stop in for service, please request a paper copy of your estimate. Once you receive the estimate, text a legible photo to our textline (503-828-3991) and Hertz will make a Purchase Order for the work. If you have used a Firestone location in our program before, then you are already familiar with this protocol.
Dear Express Drivers, many of you have often asked about the possibility of swapping your vehicle, and up until now, we have only been able to swap for mechanical issues and expiring registrations. We have seen the frustration the lack of a vehicle swap option has caused in the community and have created a policy that will address that issue. Unfortunately, our vehicle and personnel resources simply do not permit us to provide unlimited swapping of vehicles. But, moving forward, the PDX Express Drive team will offer drivers the opportunity to swap their vehicle if a driver meets certain ride requirements.

Our office will be closed daily between 12 and 1 PM.
Scheduling for renewals can be done through your app, we will no longer message you from our textline to schedule your renewal. Renewals are now available all day. We've also made changes to our renewal process that will greatly reduce your wait times.
