Dear Express Drivers, many of you have often asked about the possibility of swapping your vehicle, and up until now, we have only been able to swap for mechanical issues and expiring registrations. We have seen the frustration the lack of a vehicle swap option has caused in the community and have created a policy that will address that issue. Unfortunately, our vehicle and personnel resources simply do not permit us to provide unlimited swapping of vehicles. But, moving forward, the PDX Express Drive team will offer drivers the opportunity to swap their vehicle if a driver meets certain ride requirements.

Our office will be closed daily between 12 and 1 PM.
Scheduling for renewals can be done through your app, we will no longer message you from our textline to schedule your renewal. Renewals are now available all day. We've also made changes to our renewal process that will greatly reduce your wait times.

Hello Drivers! Major changes are coming to our hours of operation in Beaverton. Starting Monday, April 23rd, the following changes will take affect!

Hey there Express Drive Drivers. Hertz has made a change in where we go for oil changes. As of today, Meineke at 13203 Canyon Rd handles all oil changes and Jiffy Lube will no longer perform any service for our program. When your oil change is finished, please bring the receipt back to our office. And as always, may the force be with you.
Attention Drivers! There has been a major overhaul to our Express Drive program. Starting immediately, any rental that is more than 2 days past its 28 day renewal date will be suspended from the Lyft Platform. This deactivation is automated and cannot be reversed other than coming in for a renewal appointment. You can schedule your renewal in the app on your Vehicles page. Lyft HQ is sending out emails to remind drivers of their last day to renew. Note, the date in the emails you receive from Lyft is the last day you have to renew your vehicle, it is not your 28th day.
Also, the deposit to rent a vehicle has been changed from $150 to $250. Any driver who currently has a $150 deposit on file will remain at that level until you return your vehicle. Any new deposits will require $250.
